SUMMARY A technique is described for the selective killing of fibroblasts in primary cultures and subcultures of human keratinocytes using a monoclonal antibody raised against human fibroblasts. The antibody kills fibroblasts by complement mediated cytotoxicity but is not toxic to keratinocytes.
