To improve the quality of education and also evaluate the problem of security issues, the implementation of biometric systems in every education department is very important and necessary. The major theme and influence of the installation of biometric systems in education institutions are very important, because, with the help of these things, we improve the quality of education as well as also observe the activities of the teachers and students. In this manuscript, we evaluate the idea of a complex T-spherical hesitant fuzzy (CTSHF) set and its dominant and flexible operational laws. Furthermore, we derive the Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators based on CTSHF information, such as CTSHF Aczel-Alsina weighted averaging (CTSHFAAWA) operator, CTSHF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted averaging (CTSHFAAOWA) operator, CTSHF Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric (CTSHFAAWG) operator, and CTSHF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted geometric (CTSHFAAOWG) operator. We also stated some properties for the above-derived operators. Additionally, to find the major factor of the installation of the biometric systems in the education department based on the proposed operators, we demonstrate the procedure of multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems based on the derived operators. In the end, we compare the ranking values of the proposed techniques with the obtained results of prevailing methods to enhance the worth of the proposed operators.
