Annotation This article formulates the problems of using oil separators in the current conditions of well operation, as well as research and pilot implementation of innovative oil production technologies. A variant of the improved flow part of the separator was proposed, a mathematical model was written for its further calculation, and the hydrodynamic calculation itself was carried out, the results of which will later be used to study methods for optimizing the geometry of flow parts of centrifugal gas separators.
