This paper proposes the concept of “full energy efficiency grade motor”, explains the characteristics of the full energy efficiency grade motor, and introduces in detail the main techniques and design methods for realizing the full energy efficiency grade motor, and gives a set of design data and test results. The test results show that the designed motor spans three power grades and energy efficiency grades, and its technical parameters fully meet the national standards of each energy efficiency level. This technology can improve motor efficiency, reduce size, reduce tooling and mould, and simplify production management. It can solve the problem of high efficiency and energy saving of the motor in a wide range of variable conditions.
