Most of the current mine hoists use PID controllers for speed adjustment, and there are problems such as long adjustment time, excessive reliance on experience, easy overshoot and oscillation. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, it is planned to use the adaptive particle swarm optimization based on simulated annealing (SA-APSO) algorithm to optimize the parameters of the controller, and conduct simulation experiments based on Simulink simulation. The simulation results show that the optimized control algorithm can effectively improve the control efficiency, reduce the overshoot, without vibration, and can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of the mine hoist speed control.
