In service aircraft, the joint is a key part of the aircraft structure, which needs to bear huge loads. Once cracks occur, it will harm the safety of the overall structure of the aircraft. ABUQUS analyzes the stress concentration area of the joint with bushing (i.e. the location where cracks are easy to occur), and proposes a synthetic ultrasonic detection method at the opening stage. The acquisition and imaging formula of full-focus series ultrasound was derived, and the test block with artificial notch was prepared to verify the test. The error was compared by comparing the measured value with the real value.
