We study the nonequilibrium kinetics during the coil-globule transition of aflexible polymer chain with active beads after a quench from good to poorsolvent condition using molecular dynamics simulation. Activity for each beadis introduced via the well-known Vicsek-like alignment rule due to which thevelocity of a bead tries to align towards the average direction of itsneighbors. We investigate the role of quenching temperature with varyingactivity during collapse of this polymer. We find that although for loweractivities the kinetics remains qualitatively similar for differenttemperatures, for higher activity noticeable differences can be identified.
