With the continuous discovery of lithologic reservoirs in China, the study of reservoir heterogeneity is particularly important. The study of reservoir heterogeneity can further evaluate its reservoir capacity. It is of important guiding significance to study the relationship between reservoir heterogeneity and oil and gas-bearing properties. This study discusses the causes of the formation of the remaining oil and gas-bearing properties of sand body reservoirs, the traditional quantitative prediction methods and the application of the latest computer method in the quantitative prediction of oil and gas-bearing properties.
