Most of the content of the “Education and Training Programme for Workers in South Australian Aboriginal Alcohol Programmes” was drawn from the expressed learning needs and ideas gathered from the workers in these programmes. This paper will describe the process used in gathering the material and a brief description of the content of this curriculum.
