We developed an orthodontic appliance completely made of organic polymer. The appliance was used for many years and proved very effective. It was used for the treatment of patients with metal allergy, and as a result, it is believed to be the best choice for treating metal allergics. In this report, we are presenting a surgical case with Class III malocclusion for a patient with metal allergy, and the concept of the appliance is briefly discussed.
