Congratulations to the forty‐one distinguished scientists selected to be AGU Fellows for 2002. AGU members who are selected as Fellows have attainment an acknowledged eminence in a branch of geophysics. The number of Fellows selected annually is limited to no more than 0.1% of the AGU membership.
