memory, executive function and emotion. SD showed significant positive associations between cerebellar white matter integrity and working memory, language and emotion. Finally, PNFA showed significant positive associations between cerebellar white matter integrity and attention, working memory, visuospatial, language, executive function and emotion. Conclusions: This study is the first to identify distinct patterns of cerebellar white matter changes across FTD syndromes, which in turn relate to discrete cognitive deficits. These findings extend our understanding of the cerebro-cerebellar networks and provide new insight into the mechanisms mediating FTD symptomatology.
