CTX image was subtracted. The Centiloid methods were applied to establish a conversion from FBB /FMMSUVr values obtained from CTX VOIs. Results: FBB and FMM retention has no apparent difference between ADCI and OC in amyloid deposition pattern. CTX VOI SUVR from FBB and FMM were highly well correlated each other at four different reference regions. The Spearman correlation coefficient for each references were WC (r 1⁄4 0.95), WC+B (r 1⁄4 0.95), CG (r 1⁄4 0.92) and PONS ( r 1⁄4 0.87). In order to find the appropriate reference region, we compare the effect size of CL values between ADCI and YC and compare the variance of CL values in YC group according to reference ROIs. Taken together, our findings suggested that it would be reasonable to convert FBB or FMM ligand to the other ligand. However, careful attention should be given to the purpose of use, when we choose the reference region. Conclusions: Ab burden measured in terms of FBB and FMM uptake can now be expressed in CL unit. FBB binding is strongly correlated with FMM binding and FBB and FMM results can be expressed in CL units directly. It will allow the use of multiple Ab tracers in studies such as multicenter trials of anti-Ab therapies, and provide better diagnostic and prognostic data to clinicians that are applicable to all Ab scans.
