anterior area and the ADC value of the lesions in the right ventricle posterior area tended to increase (P1⁄40.058, P1⁄40.058). When the three parameters of white matter lesions were correlated with clinical features, it was found that FA of right ventricular anterior area was significantly correlated with motor function, cognitive and functional score and iNPHGS score. Conclusions: Periventricular white matter lesions in patients with idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus are significantly correlated with their clinical features, which may be one of the pathogenesis and the target of improving symptoms after drainage surgery.
