Three novel green phosphorescent iridium complexes OP‐01, OP‐02, and OP‐09 have been successfully synthesized and characterized. By using these materials, we demonstrated the high efficiency OLED devices. The best efficiency was achieved for device using OP‐01 as the dopant, exhibiting 88.1 cd/A current efficiency, 84.2 lm/W power efficiency and 25.2% EQE at 1000 cd/m 2 . Moreover, when using co‐host device structure, OP‐01 shows a long‐lifetime of LT 50 = 100,000 hours for an initial luminance of 1000 nits.
