Abstract A two‐band model is considered describing, in particular, intermediate‐valence and Kondo systems and high‐ T c superconductors. Spin‐wave and electron spectra in ferro‐ and antiferromagnetic states are calculated both within the generalized Hartree‐Fock approximation and in the limit of strong correlations (with the use of perturbation theory in the fluctuating part of hybridization).
