Abstract Statistical thermodynamic mean‐field theory for 3d AFM ordering in La 2 CuO 4‐δ is presented. Conditions for its existence, reentrant phenomena, effective reduction of magnetic moments, density temperature dependence of magnetic singlets, and isolated 1/2‐spins are the main theoretical results. Their correspondence with experimental results is discussed.
