Quantum Dot Photonic Crystals In article number 2000757 by Qiqi Wang, Jiyang Fan, and co‐workers, the photonic crystals made of red fluorescent CuInSe 2 quantum dots are studied. The frequency‐domain electromagnetic calculation reveals that such quantum dot photonic crystal has an optical band gap in the extreme‐ultraviolet region. The frequency modes below and above the forbidden gap are separately the air band and dielectric band modes.
