The back cover picture shows the comparison of computation results of muzzle velocity, maximum breech pressure and firing tests of a gun under difference cases. Results show that the maximum error decreased from 2.97% to 0.75% and from 6.68% to 0.38% separately, which makes computation errors decrease by 75% and 94% separately. The burning rate distribution chart in the chamber corresponding to static and dynamic burning rate equation illustrates that the actual propellant dynamic burning rate is higher than that of static burning rate. The correction method of dynamic burning rate equation has great significance to gun and its interior ballistic performance design. Details are discussed in the article by Ruihua Zhang et al. on page 683.
