The synthesis of [ 14 C]‐10,11‐Epoxy‐(2 E ,6E)‐farnesyl diazoacetate in one vessel, starting from [ 14 C]‐glyoxylic acid, is described. This compound is useful as a potential photoaffinity labeling agent for juvenile hormone binding sites.
