We reported a new characterization of polymer stabilized blue phase liquid crystal (PSBPLC) by using CIE examination. The results of CIE curve rendered a remarkable turning point when BPII formed in the test cell. We believe this new finding will be useful in manufacturing PSBPLC displays.
