Ferromagnetism in Fluorides

Relatively few non‐metallic ferromagnetic materials are available. The authors give a survey of the ferromagnetic fluorides. Three main groups are considered: rare earth fluorides, layer‐type Cu 2+ fluorides and LiSbF 4 ‐type compounds.
