The updated Afirma Genomic Sequencing Classifier and XA reports aim to optimize the understanding of these contributions, including decisions about observation versus surgery, the need for disease‐specific preoperative testing, associated neoplasm types, prognostics, the identification of molecular targets for systemic therapy, and the recognition of potential hereditary syndromes.
