Abstract Electrocardiographic features of temporary transvenous pacemaker have been discussed and have been used to guide insertion of pacemaker without fluoroscopic aid. The following is a description of the electrocardiographic features of temporary endocardial pacemaker insertion in a patient who is chronically dependent on external temporary transthoracic pacing.
