Key Clinical Message It is of utmost importance to minimize the door‐to‐balloon time for the initial treatment of ST‐elevation acute myocardial infarction. In this case report, we made all kinds of efforts to minimize procedures in the emergency department (ED minimization) as well as in the catheter laboratory without sacrificing safety.
