Key Clinical Message Refractory coronary vasospasm subsequent to reperfusion, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation or revascularization, for myocardial infarction may respond to fasudil in the superacute phase. Continuous low‐dose fasudil administration should be an option for refractory coronary vasospastic angina (VSA).
