Key Clinical Message After ingesting a dose of baclofen thought to be lethal, a patient with severe neurologic signs was successfully managed despite initially being refractory to treatment. Patients with persistent neurologic abnormalities may still have an excellent prognosis despite lack of initial response. Additionally, we present a potential case of benzodiazepine withdrawal.
