Key Clinical Message It is important to recognize that “congenital” double pylorus is a benign condition, so that extensive work‐up can be avoided. Also, endoscopists should be aware of the double pylorus and demonstrate extra caution during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography ( ERCP ).
