Key Clinical Message Sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation ( SANT ) of spleen is a very rare benign entity with unknown etiology. Here, we report this unusual case in a fit middle‐aged gentleman and discuss various diagnostic modalities along with the management of this condition.
