This report presents a case of diaphragmatic and stomach rupture in a 30‐week pregnant woman. Timely diagnosis and management of the rupture is important to reduce systemic complications and effects on the mother and fetus. Symptoms and signs should be clearly studied to prevent misdiagnosis and delay in the treatment.
