Key Clinical Message Extensive full‐thickness skin wounds are quite common in domestic animals. In these report, following the failure of reconstructive surgery, adipose tissue‐derived mesenchymal stem cells, and platelet‐rich plasma were successfully used in a dog to improve speed and quality of skin tissue healing, avoiding suffering, and debilitating effects.
