Key Clinical Message Nodular lymphocyte‐predominant H odgkin lymphoma ( NLPHL ) accounts for about 5% of all H odgkin lymphomas and predominantly involves peripheral lymph nodes. Primary NLPHL of uterine cervix is very rare. Here, we report cervical NLPHL with CD 21 expression in a 43‐year‐old woman, who presented with abnormal vaginal bleeding for 1 year.
