Key Clinical Message Ventricular tachycardia (VT) arising from the left ventricular summit is very tough to treat endocardially and epicardially due to the distance from the VT origin and close proximity to the coronary arteries, respectively. Ethanol infusions into coronary veins feeding VT origins were able to safely abolish this type of VT.
