Develop a response plan for unsanctioned campus gatherings

ARLINGTON, Va. — For several years now, as Homecoming, Halloween, and St. Patrick's Day approach, members of the Wilfrid Laurier University community brace themselves for yet another massive, unsanctioned public gathering. It's become a multidimensional problem that's difficult to tame, according to Candice Bean, M.Ed., Residence Life Manager at the university in Ontario, Canada.
