The biomachinery of rolling‐circle amplification relying on protein–aptamer interactions on DNA scaffolds was used to create one‐dimensional DNA–protein/DNA–protein–nanoparticle hierarchical assemblies. These conjugates can serve as further templates for the immobilization of gold nanoparticles.
