The Skyrme energy-density functionals with modified spin-spin interaction andpairing strength are used for description of the $^{249}$No, $^{251}$No, and$^{253}$No excited states. The results of the HFB and cranked HFB calculationstaking into account the blocking effect are in reasonable agreement with theavailable data. For many states, including rotational and three-quasiparticlestates, the results of self-consistent calculations were obtained for the firsttime.
