Recently, topological superconductor is one of the important topics incondensed matter physics due to the exotic features of quasiparticles residedon the edge, surface and vortex core. In our work, we analyze the twodimensional s+p wave noncentrosymmetric superconductor(NCS) with Rashbaspin-orbit coupling in 2D cylindrical coordinate to find the relationshipbetween the topological phase transition and the curvature. With analyticalcalculation and numerical analyze, we confirm that the topological phasetransition in s+p wave NCS in 2D cylindrical coordinate is related to thecurvature from band theory perspective.
