An investigation of the thermodynamic and electrical transport properties ofthe isoelectronic chemical substitution series CeTi$_{1-x}$V$_{x}$Ge$_{3}$(CTVG) single crystals is reported. As x increases, the ferromagnetic (FM)transition temperature is suppressed, reaching absolute zero at the criticalconcentration x = 0.4, where a non-Fermi-liquid low-temperature specific heatand electrical resistivity, as well as the hyperscaling of specific heat andmagnetization are found. Our study clearly identifies an FM quantum criticalpoint (QCP) in CTVG. The obtained critical exponents suggest that CTVG falls inthe preasymptotic region of the disorder-tuned FM QCP predicted by theBelitz-Kirkpatrick-Vojta theory.
