It has been claimed that the coherent scattering of relic neutrinos with theEarth will result in a neutrino-antineutrino asymmetry of$\mathcal{O}(10^{-4})$ on the Earth surface, which is five orders of magnitudelarger than the naive model expectation. In this work we show that thisoverdensity was overestimated for the perfectly round Earth by solving theexact solution with partial waves. The actual asymmetry is only around $6\times 10^{-6}$ at $1~{\rm cm}$ above the ground. This value will quickly dropto $\mathcal{O}(10^{-9})$ at the height of $10~{\rm m}$. To achieve theproposed asymmetry of $\mathcal{O}(10^{-4})$, a special geography may be neededas the experimental site.
