As a crossover frontier of physics and mechanics, quantum computing isshowing its great potential in computational mechanics. However, quantumhardware noise remains a critical barrier to achieving accurate simulationresults due to the limitation of the current hardware level. In this paper, weintegrate error-mitigated quantum computing in data-driven computationalmechanics, where the zero-noise extrapolation (ZNE) technique is employed toimprove the accuracy of quantum computing. Numerical examples includingmultiscale simulation of a composite L-shaped beam are conducted with thequantum computer simulator Qpanda, and the results validate the effectivenessof the proposed method. We believe this work presents a promising step towardsusing the power of quantum computing in computational mechanics.
