We study the dynamics of homogeneous and isotropicFriedmann-Lema\^itre-Robertson-Walker cosmological models with positive spatialcurvature in mimetic gravity theory, employing dynamical system techniques. Ouranalysis yields phase space trajectories that describe physically relevantsolutions, capturing various stages of the cosmic evolution. Additionally, weemploy Bayesian statistical analysis to constraint the cosmological parametersof the models, utilizing data from Supernovae Type Ia and the Hubble parameterdatasets. The observational datasets provide support for the viability ofmimetic gravity models, which effectively can describe the late-timeaccelerated expansion of the universe.
