Unlike bosons and fermions, quasi-particles in two-dimensional quantumsystems, known as anyons, exhibit statistical exchange phases that rangebetween $0$ and $\pi$. In fractional quantum Hall states, these anyons,possessing a fraction of the electron charge, traverse along chiral edgechannels. This movement facilitates the creation of anyon colliders, wherecoupling different edge channels through a quantum point contact enables theobservation of two-particle interference effects. Such configurations areinstrumental in deducing the anyonic exchange phase via currentcross-correlations. Prior theoretical models represented dilute anyon beams asdiscrete steps in the boson fields. However, our study reveals thatincorporating the finite width of the soliton shape is crucial for accuratelyinterpreting recent experiments, especially for collider experiments involvinganyons with exchange phases $\theta>\pi/2$, where prior theories fall short.
