Floquet driven quantum matter exhibits a wealth of non-equilibrium correlatedand topological states. Recently, attention has been drawn to the unusual wavepropagation properties in these systems. This letter establishes a Floquetengineering framework in which coherent infrared light sources with a timedependent amplitude can be used to parametrically amplify plasmonic THzsignals, mirror plasmonic wave packets in time, generate momemtum-gappedplasmonic band structures, entangled plasmon pairs, and THz radiation in twodimensional Dirac systems.
