The strong CP problem can be solved in Parity symmetric theories withelectroweak gauge group containing $SU(2)_L \times SU(2)_R$ broken by theminimal Higgs content. Neutrino masses may be explained by adding the samenumber of gauge singlet fermions as the number of generations. The neutrinomasses vanish at tree-level and are only radiatively generated, leading tolarger couplings of right-handed neutrinos to Standard Model particles thanwith the tree-level seesaw mechanism. We compute these radiative correctionsand the mixing angles between left- and right-handed neutrinos. We discusssensitivities to these right-handed neutrinos from a variety of futureexperiments that search for heavy neutral leptons with masses from tens of MeVto the multi-TeV scale.
