In this research study, the focus is on exploring the influence oftopological effects in the presence of a hot-dense medium. To achieve this, wesolve the non-relativistic Schr\"odinger wave equation while considering thequantum flux field and its interaction potential. By doing so, we are able toobtain the energy eigenvalues and corresponding wave functions by using theNikiforov-Uvarov method. The findings reveal that when taking into account bothtopological effects and the magnetic flux $\Phi$, there is a reduction in thebinding energy in the hot-dense medium. Furthermore, we examine the role of thebaryonic potential on the binding energy in the $(T, u_b)$ plane. It isobserved that the effect of the baryonic potential is more pronounced when itsvalues are smaller.
