The $T\bar{T}$-deformed scalar field theory in two-dimensional spacetime isstudied by using the functional renormalization group. We drive the betafunctions for the couplings in the system and explore the fixed points. Inaddition to the Gaussian (trivial) fixed point, we find a non-trivial fixedpoint at which a new universality class exists and especially the deformationparameter becomes relevant at the non-trivial fixed point. Therefore, the$T\bar{T}$-deformed scalar field theory in two-dimensional spacetime could bedefined as a non-perturbatively renormalizable theory.
