The weak measurement (WM) and quantum measurement reversal (QMR) are crucialin protecting the collapse of quantum states. Recently, the idea of WM and QMRhas been used to protect and enhance quantum correlations and universal quantumteleportation (UQT) protocol. Here, we study the quantum correlations, maximalfidelity, and fidelity deviation of the two-qubit negative quantum statesdeveloped using discrete Wigner functions (DWFs) with (without) WM and QMR. Totake into account the effect of a noisy environment, we evolve the states vianon-Markovian amplitude damping (AD) and random telegraph noise (RTN) quantumchannels. To benchmark the performance of negative quantum states, we compareour results with the two-qubit maximally entangled Bell state. Interestingly,we observe that some of the negative quantum states perform better with WM andQMR than the Bell state for different cases under evolution via noisy quantumchannels.
