Recently, the LHCb observed that two new very narrow excited states$\Omega_{c}^{0}$ decays into $\Xi^{+}_{c}K^{-}$ with masses of about $3185$ MeVand $3327$ MeV, but their parity quantum numbers have not been determined. Inthis paper, we exploited the quark-diquark model and the linear Reggetrajectory model, combined with the perturbation treatment method to analyzeand study the mass spectra of the discovered experimental data for the singlyheavy baryons $\Sigma_{c}/\Sigma_{b}$, $\Xi^{\prime}_{c}/\Xi^{\prime}_{b}$ and$\Omega_{c}/\Omega_{b}$, and then we further predict the mass spectra ofseveral unobserved the baryons $\Sigma_{c}/\Sigma_{b}$,$\Xi^{\prime}_{c}/\Xi^{\prime}_{b}$ and $\Omega_{c}/\Omega_{b}$. In the case ofthe baryons $\Omega_{c}(3185)^{0}$ and $\Omega_{c}(3327)^{0}$, we determine the$\Omega_{c}(3185)^{0}$ is $2S$ state and the $\Omega_{c}(3327)^{0}$ is $1D$state with the parity quantum number $J^{P}=1/2^{+}$ and $J^{P}=3/2^{+}$,respectively. An overall good agreement of the obtained predictions withavailable experimental data is found.
