In the field of video processing, advancements in video compression atvarious temporal and spatial resolutions which are needed in our research toquantify estimation of video quality whereabouts within spatial and temporaldomain itself. It was necessary in our research to study the impacts of relatedvideo coding conditions upon perceptual quality due to issue raised by UserExperience community regarding poor coding. But most of research studies areconcerned with coding distortions affected by mostly due to poor coding whichaddress high spatio-temporal resolutions. This paper presents overall 120 testscenarios for video sequences having low spatial and temporal spectralinformation were studied. Finally we concluded that even after achievingconsistency within subjective scores, we got relevant data consistency afterrefining subjective scores, so it is not poor coding its due channel capacitywhich was traced out by rate distortion control.
