We study the well-posedness of the Cauchy problem for the Faraday tensor onglobally hyperbolic manifolds with timelike boundary. The existence of Greenoperators for the operator $\mathrm{d}+\delta$ and a suitable pre-symplecticstructure on the space of solutions are discussed.
